We're a software studio from Serbia that builds two things: custom ERP systems and the AI agents that work inside them. Every system in our portfolio — an ERP for a wood exporter, a booking platform for independent hosts, a compliance platform with an AI coach, a tax calculator you can talk to — was built the same way: cut to the client's actual process, shipped live piece by piece, and handed over with the code and the data owned outright. Who owns the software you build?
Everything we build for you — code, database, and data — is yours from day one: no per-seat licensing, no export fees. AI agents are the one deliberate exception: they run on our managed platform, so there's nothing for you to install or maintain, and your data stays yours throughout.
What does a custom system cost to run?
Typical systems we ship run on static hosting plus one managed database — a monthly bill closer to a phone plan than an enterprise contract. The build itself is scoped in fixed increments, each live and earning before the next begins.
Should I get custom software or buy something off-the-shelf?
If your process matches a standard tool, buy the standard tool — we'll tell you which one in the first conversation. Custom wins when your process is your edge: make-to-order specs, export paperwork, multiple languages, rules a template can't hold.
What happens if Insajt disappears?
A custom system is yours: your repository, your database, standard technologies, documented — any developer can take it over. For agents, you get your data, logs, and reports in an open format, and models we define with you, such as a cash-flow model, stay yours. Continuity is an ownership feature, not a promise.
Do you work with German-speaking clients?
Yes — this whole site is also in German, our systems and agent reports ship natively in English, German, and Serbian, and we run scoping calls and support in German for clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
How many clients do you take on at once?
Few, on purpose. We'd rather ship a handful of systems properly than spread thin across many — ask us about current availability.
